Privacy Policy

We have a privacy policy for our website, that also serves as a default for all Cake Consulting projects, except where another more specific privacy policy applies, including other web projects served as subdomains of the davecake.net domain.

I care deeply about your privacy rights. I have a history of involvement in privacy activism. At the national level as a board member of Electronic Frontiers Australia I was involved in multiple lobbying campaigns around privacy issues, and worked with the Australian Privacy Foundation and other supportive organisations. Internationally, I was involved in multiple policy processes with ICANN to increase privacy within the global Domain Name System.

I am passionate about privacy rights, I know the privacy area well, and I am available to assist in privacy related projects, such as managing Privacy Impact Assessments for technically complex projects. If you have any privacy concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
